No. When you create a workspace you choose a mode. The AI-powered mode analyzes updates and writes reports; the generic project-management mode is pure tracking with no AI at all.

You paste a roadmap once; AI turns it into tasks. Each daily update is matched against it — completed, in-progress and pending work are categorized, summarized, and scored into an overall progress %.

Yes. Connect a webhook in Integrations and push any report to the right channel in one click — daily to your daily channel, weekly to weekly, and so on. PDFs are shared as a link.

Only admins and managers. In project mode, members see the projects assigned to them and report progress — they never see budget, received, or revenue figures.

Each workspace is isolated with role-based access. Members only see and act on their own submissions; admins oversee everything.

Very little — AI runs only for analysis. Rendering, charts, PDFs and pushes are plain code. Your workspace settings show live token usage and cost against a monthly budget.
